Not been my best week

Monday: No sleep…kept waking up during the night gagging for air. Sinusitus from allergies. Tuesday: Slept better…still suffering from bad sinus pressure, starting to get a sore throat. Wednesday: Slept even better…sinus pressure almost all gone lots of drainage though, sore throat getting worse. Thursday: No sleep…sinus problems gone, sore throat is now full blown [ READ MORE ]
