A while back my girlfriend invited me to watch a Rockhounds game with her and a few of her co-workers. The game was last night. I figured that we would just go sit as a group in the stands, little did I know that we were actually going to be in a corporate suite. It was nice, air conditioned viewing room, private shaded balcony to watch the game, and that was just the beginning. Free food, and my favorite free beer. I would have to say that the new stadium is very nice, especially for a AA Texas League team. Needless to say we both had a great time, and as a bonus the home team won the game. Final Score: Midland 9, San Antonio 5. |
